Based on the old certificate of Schaffner Electrotest GmbH, we started our activities to achieve ISO 9001 : 2000 certification for the Teseq GmbH early this summer. All departments have been involved and nearly the complete QMH (quality manual handbook) needed to be revised and adapted according to the new procedures & methods in place at the Teseq GmbH.
During an extensive 2-days audit at the end of September performed by the DQS Management services it was confirmed that our organisation fully works according to ISO9001:2000, without any deviation. Of course improvement potential could be found and we are constantly striving for this.
